By accessing and using Sauti Rewards, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
Sauti Rewards is a platform that connects customers with businesses through authentic reviews and rewards. Our service allows users to:
Registration: To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Authenticity: All reviews must be based on genuine personal experiences with the business being reviewed. Fake, paid, or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited.
Accuracy: Reviews must be truthful and accurate. Deliberately false or misleading reviews are not allowed.
Conflict of Interest: You cannot review a business if you are an owner, employee, competitor, or have any financial interest in the business.

Review Ownership: By submitting a review, you grant Sauti Rewards a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the review on our platform.
Review Modification: We reserve the right to edit, remove, or reject any review that violates these guidelines.
Business Registration: Businesses must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Only authorized representatives may register a business.
Review Responses: Businesses may respond to reviews but must do so professionally and respectfully. Responses cannot contain:

Business Verification: We may require documentation to verify business ownership. Failure to provide verification may result in account suspension.
Earning Rewards: Users earn rewards for submitting approved reviews that meet our quality standards. Standard reviews earn between $0.25 - $15 per approved review, paid as Airtime and Cash Rewards in the user's local currency.
Enterprise Reviews: Enterprise reviewers (exclusive invite only) earn between $15 - $50 per approved review. This program is by invitation only and requires meeting specific criteria.
Review Approval: Reviews must be verified and approved before rewards are issued. The reward value varies based on review quality, detail, and category.
Payment Processing: Rewards are processed through secure payment methods. Users must provide valid payment details to receive rewards.
Reward Conditions: Rewards are subject to our review guidelines and fraud prevention measures. We reserve the right to withhold rewards if review authenticity is questionable.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to deduct rewards or terminate accounts if we suspect fraudulent activity related to earning or redeeming rewards.
Your use of Sauti Rewards is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at privacy.php. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Platform Content: All content on Sauti Rewards, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Sauti Rewards or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us the license to use it as described in these terms.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform content without our express written permission.

Sauti Rewards is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Sauti Rewards be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sauti Rewards, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users outside Kenya, the laws of your country of residence may also apply to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration administered by the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) or another mutually agreed arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in Nairobi, Kenya, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
You and Sauti Rewards agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action. Unless both you and Sauti Rewards agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either you or Sauti Rewards may bring an individual action in small claims court.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All your reviews will remain on the platform unless you request their deletion prior to account closure.

Rewards are processed through our designated payment partners. Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
You are solely responsible for any taxes that may arise from rewards earned through our platform. Depending on your jurisdiction, rewards may be considered taxable income. We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding your tax obligations.
For vendors, any payments made for premium services or advertising are subject to applicable taxes. We may be required to withhold taxes in certain jurisdictions as required by law.
If you believe there is an error in your reward payment, you must notify us within 30 days of the payment date. After 30 days, we will not be able to investigate or correct the payment.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms of Use or our community guidelines. Content moderation decisions are at our sole discretion.
